Meet Alexandra Poole, Psychotherapist

I am a queer, neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Hudson Valley. I understand that the personal and the spiritual cannot be extracted from the political. I approach this work grounded in a belief in liberation for all.

Are you struggling with burnout? Do you find yourself engaging in behaviors that are out of step with your values? Has depression or anxiety caused you to avoid the people or things you care about most?

Through therapy, we can cultivate a non-judgmental space to find the deeper messages in your emotional life. Together we will find ways to alchemize the pain that is driving your symptoms into a life that is more embodied and creative. If you are curious to find out who you become when you finally feel safe let’s begin the journey together.
